Dark Prince - Champion of Islam

Prince Charles is out to save the world and he's gonna use Islam to do it:

ISLAMABAD, Oct 31 (KUNA) -- Prince Charles Tuesday said that the world problems could be resolve by following Islamic teachings, as Islam is a religion of peace and brotherhood.

He said that clash of civilizations could be averted by following the teaching of Islam and Quraan.

This is of course, the same Prince Charles who last year received an Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies Award for his contribution to understanding Islam, and who traveled to America, to defend and promote Islam, and to encourage America to "share his fondness for Islam."

Prince Charles, Champion of Islam

The Prince wants us to "share his fondness for Islam?" Yeah well, piss off Prince. I have no fondness for terrorists and I have no desire to revert to the 7th century either.

Let me tell you what terrorism is.

Terrorism is the the systematic use of terror as a means of coercion, the use of violence (as bombing) committed by groups in order to intimidate a population or government into granting their demands.

Prince Charles obviously views terrorists as "freedom fighters" and/or "militants" fighting oppression. Well Prince, why don't you tell that to the children of Beslan. Tell that to the teenagers in Israel blown up in a disco or a pizza parlor. Tell that to the 2,996 who died on 9/11, and the hundreds killed on a train in Spain. Tell that to the hundreds of Iraqis who were blown up in the street this year, oh, and the hundreds of your countrymen who died in the name of Islam.

The United States of America has done more to promote freedom throughout the world than any other country. We have sacrificed more and given more of ourselves, our people, our money and our time to stand up for freedom throughout the world. We will continue to do so, and we will never share your "fondness" for the monsters who killed those children in Beslan, who blew up the trains in Spain, who bomb pizzarias and buses in Israel, who flew planes into the WTC, and yes, who blew up your countrymen on July 11, 2005. These are the same people who are blowing up innocent Iraqis even as they try to rebuild their lives after Saddam.

Albert Einstein once said: "The world is a dangerous place to live; not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it."

The world is a dangerous place also because of the people who don't do evil but who make it easier for others to do it.

And that includes you Prince Charles, that includes you.

Oh, he was already a laughing stock here anyway... the modern royals are a bit of a discrace. Queen is still remaining very regal, and Dianna managed to become extremally popular, but the rest... scandles, parties, more scandles.

He's such an idiot. I read a story the other day in which he was meeting impoverished children from some 3rd world country (sorry - I don't remember where). But what struck me about the article was that he was trying to relate to them by talking about playing cricket.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When he was a young boy, I was amazed at how much Prince Charles resembled The Mad Magazine character, Alfred E. Neuman, who was a gap-toothed idiot.

Now that he is a full grown adult male I am amazed that he indeed turned out to be the very Alfred E. he so resembles.

Well, since you can't remember which Third World country it was, Beth - all merge into one after a while, I expect - you can't tell us whether cricket is played there or not. Because if it is, the story would mean something to the youngsters even if it doesn't to you.

I lived in the UAE for some time in the '90s. Prince Charlie was scheduled to visit the UAE and led the visit up with some nice talk about Islam.

One letter writer to the Gulf News (an English Daily in the UAE) wasn't having any of the nicey-nice talk and suggested stoning him for adultery. I wrote a letter how nice it was when Prince Charlie extends a hand in friendship it is met with a scimitar trying to chop it off. Amazingly, my letter was published.

Until, Islam manages to reform itself in the opposite direction of its current reform expect much more of the same.

Beth,

Cricket is big in India, Pakistan, Bangledesh, and The West Indies all poor countries. That would be like President Bush going to some poor place in American striking up a conversation about baseball or football.

Maybe Prince Charles should try it out for a while and see how it is before he opens his mouth.

Oh, Prince Charles, your great learning and wealth have driven you mad!

How can you possibly expect the man to turn out any other way? His mother is a reigning monarch who put duty to her country before everything else. His father was a man abandoned by his own father when young and who was embittered by having to give up a promising career as a Royal Navy officer when his wife became Queen. A sensitive child, Charles was sent off to Gordonstoun, a Scottish private school more akin to a cross between a military academy and a concentration camp. His spiritual guru was a chap called Laurens van der Post (there must be a special place in hell for him). Charles now insists on having a multi-faith Coronation service, despite the fact that he will be the head of the Church of England (not the first monarch to have dumped wifey No 1 for his mistress, though at least Charles didn't resort to having Diana beheaded - it would appear someone else arranged for her expedient demise). Please God let him go the way of all flesh and let the Crown go to William or Harry.

Please don't think most native English people have any sympathy for the RoP - many of us are heartily sick of the craven appeasement of our Establishment in the face of Islamist threats. (Our entire government, local authorities, Police, media and educational establishment is in the control of Cultural Marxists.)

John, at LEAST one. Charles is, in so many ways, reminiscent of his great-uncle Edward VIII, better known as the Duke of Windsor (who Gore Vidal said "always had something of...riveting stupidity to say on any subject").
